Floorplanner

Floorplanner is an online programme for creating plans for houses, flats and apartments from scratch. It also permits you to furnish them with every possible accessory.

The structure is designed in 2D but Floorplanner provides 3D previews enbaling you to tour the rooms. The first stage when working with Floorplanner is to draw the walls, doors, windows and floor areas of the building.

From the configuration panel more floors can be added to the building. All you have to do is state the height of each floor in metres.

Floorplanner creates designs to scale. Next to each of the walls are posted their dimensions. The user can choose the unit of measurement. You can also add a background picture.

Floorplanner's library of features includes every type of object for living-rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, gardens and offices.

The free version of Floorplanner enables you to design one house. The paid version, costing 19 euros per annum, allows you to design up to five houses without the intrusion of adverts.
